KPI Reports
DML measures its performance
against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the Auckland
Regional District Health Boards. These KPIs provide
operational and clinical benchmarks so doctors and patients in the
Auckland area can be confident that a high quality of service is
being delivered by DML. DML tracks its performance against
each KPI and reports monthly. A full list of KPIs and DML's
